New release Canadian Hip Hop that dropped on or before June 13, 2025.

This week I got through something like 130 new songs. I was playing an old RPG called Pathfinder: KingMaker while I was at it. Turn based combat works great for streaming cuz I can disregard the game and rant or do whatever else needs doing at any given moment without consequence.

I pay as much attention to the national scene as I can, but if I’m missing something, let me know. I can’t vouch for everything on this list, it’s just a round up of everything that drops, so listening through and deciding what I like and dislike is part of the fun. I do remove a few tracks as I go through, these playlists always start with more music than they end with. I try not to be too judgmental, and keep in mind that I’m not always the target audience. I also know that artists who make a song I dislike might make a song I do like the next week. I appreciate artists who release a lot of music, and never want to dissuade anyone from putting their works into the world. I’m not trying to gate-keep anything. Everyone should like what they like, I’m just picking what I like and having some laughs, but it’s not that serious.

There was a huge amount of songs that got muted out for the playback stream this week, so congrats to the artists who are on their game enough to have the Twitch algo recognize it and bogart. Live they don’t mute anything but it is what it is for the playback.
